Waste-to-Energy concepts and services

Using the energy potentials of wastes is coming more and more in the focus of waste management. The thermal utilisation in waste-to-energy plants and generation of biogas in anaerobic processes are both options that use the biodegradable waste components, hence biomass, to produce renewable energy which may deliver the energy input for industrial processes as well.

INTECUS gives advice in selecting the appropriate technologies for different waste streams, undertakes conceptual design work and the necessary cost-benefit analyses, and accompanies the realisation of WtE projects from the early idea up to their commissioning.

INTECUS also helps in the application of internationally implemented instruments such as CDM and JI to set climate protecting measures in motion.
